Director of Mission Integration and Spiritual Care

The Gardens of St. Francis is seeking a Director of Mission Integration and Spiritual Care. This full-time position will provide leadership in integrating mission and core values into every element of operations by working with all employees, especially managers. In addition, the Director will provide for the spiritual and religious care of residents. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with the elderly, possess skills in adult formation and spiritual care (CPE units), and be willing to support the Catholic heritage of the Gardens of St. Francis.

The Gardens of St. Francis is a Catholic senior living community in the Toledo suburb of Oregon, Ohio currently known as Sacred Heart Home. It offers residents a range of living situations from independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing. On February 1, 2019, the organization will become a member of CHI Living Communities, the long-term care ministry of Catholic Health Initiatives.

Part-time Director of Youth & Family Ministry

Solomon Lutheran Church and School is seeking to fill a part-time position of Director of Youth & Family Ministry. The purpose of this position is to provide spiritual, educational, and recreational programs for Solomon Lutheran Church youth and families. This position plans, organizes, and implements youth programs and activities that will uphold the Christian faith, provide a supportive environment, and offer activities that help youth live their faith. The Director also participates in weekly chapel at Solomon Lutheran School and supports other School activities as needed. The fulfillment of the duties of the Director of Youth & Family Ministry are accomplished through being a team member, developing team relationships, and cooperating in a common purpose and ministry for Christ. The position reports to Senior Pastor, and performs all duties as assigned by the Pastor and/or Executive Committee. Solomon is seeking a candidate with education and/or experience in Christian lay ministry. Musical ability not required but a major plus. An outgoing personality with genuine interest in children and generational fellowship required. ProMedica Toledo Hospital is recruiting for per diem Chaplains to join their team. Our per diem Chaplains serve as pastoral caregivers to the patients, families and staff in emergency and urgent situations. They are providing spiritual support in crisis and emergency situations. The per diem Chaplains at ProMedica are fully trained and scheduled for on-call shifts. They are also scheduled to cover vacations. The per diem Chaplain pays $19/hr.
