Note that Churches of God, General Conference students receive an additional 10% reduction in tuition for all above programs.

Tuition Payment Policy
All student accounts will need to be paid in full before registration for the following term. This means that all accounts need to be paid by mid-June for fall term registration, mid-November for spring term registration, and mid-March for summer term registration. If you do not register during the registration period, you will be assessed the late registration fee. Also, a finance charge of 0.5% will be added to the unpaid balance each month.

Financial Assistance

Each year, more than 80% of students attending Winebrenner receive some form of financial assistance. Refund of Tuition & Fees
Refund of tuition and fees will be granted if the student follows the procedure for withdrawal from courses.  Refunds will be determined by the following formula:

Twelve Week Courses

Withdrawal before session three – 85%

Withdrawal before session four – 70%

Withdrawal before session five – 55%

Withdrawal after session five – no refund

Any withdrawal from class after 1st session will cause a $30 drop fee.

All changes in registration and adjustment of the student’s academic schedule must be made through the office of the registrar using a drop-add form.  A drop-add form must be signed by the student and by the registrar.  Courses dropped after the first session will be recorded as withdrew passing (WP) or withdrew failing (WF).  Courses dropped after the fifth session will be automatically recorded as F, which can be commuted to WP or WF only by action of the faculty.

Intensives

Withdrawal before day two – 80%

Withdrawal before day three – 60%

Withdrawal after day three – no refund

IS 510 Foundations for Seminary Studies

Students who participate in this course, and subsequently drop the course without submitting the assigned reflection paper will have their status in the course changed to audit. A $30 Change of Status Fee will be assessed and the student will be charged tuition appropriate for one credit hour of audit.

Correspondence, Independent Research & Directed Study Courses

There is a 15% reduction in refund per week or day.  After week or day four, no refund is granted. Any withdrawal after week or day one results in a $30 drop fee.
