When I think about the parable of the bags of gold (you can access the full passage by clicking here), my mind always comes back to the fact that the master praised his servants who invested the gold in order that the master could receive back with interest. Winebrenner Theological Seminary stands on those same principles with a desire to return interest as we equip leaders for service in the Kingdom of God.
Interest: the monetary charge for borrowing money; rate of interest measures the percentage reward a lender receives for deferring the consumption of resources until a future date (definitions according to Investopedia and Econlib)

At $300 per month for student tuition, Winebrenner Theological Seminary is honing in on affordable seminary expenses for students so that together, we can obey Jesus’ Great Commission. This mission-based tuition model brings a rate of investment much bigger than what we are privileged to see in the classrooms at Winebrenner Theological Seminary. It flows outward into our churches, non-profits, services, communities, and world.
We may not always be able to see how our investments pan out on earth but we can have peace knowing we invested well when we give our time and resources back to the God who blessed us with them.
