The Road to Innovation: Scholarships

Innovation isn’t just about technology or new programs, it’s about thinking differently, breaking barriers, and creating opportunities. At Winebrenner, we’ve reimagined accessibility in theological education by shifting our tuition model to $300 per month. You can read more about that here. This change reflects our belief that education should be attainable for all, and financial constraints should not be a roadblock to spiritual and professional growth.

Traditionally, scholarships have been reserved for those with outstanding academic achievements or financial hardships. But at Winebrenner, we see scholarships differently. By structuring tuition at $300 per month, we ensure that every student benefits from an affordable education, essentially a scholarship for all.

Yet, while our tuition structure makes higher education significantly more accessible, we know that financial burdens can persist. Thanks to our generous donors, we continue to provide additional scholarships to students facing economic challenges, further easing the path toward their calling.

Our tuition and scholarship model has positively impacted lives and encouraged more individuals to pursue theological education, even when they thought it was out of reach. Here are a few reflections from current students:

“The financial support not only alleviates some of the burden of educational expense, but it also allows me to pursue my academic and ministry aspirations with renewed vigor and focus.”

“Your generosity ensures that everyday students like me can continue their theological education free from the burdens and anxiety financial constraints often impose on ministers and their families.”

“This scholarship has significantly alleviated the financial burden of my studies, allowing me to focus on my academic and personal growth. I am honored to be a recipient of this scholarship and am committed to making the most of this opportunity by working diligently to excel and give back to my community”
