Recently Winebrenner’s President was invited to participate in a conversation related to leading an organization through significant structural transition, including shifts in organizational language and reporting structures that ultimately created a foundation for deeper collaboration. The conversation also examines how information-sharing, authority, and organizational culture shape collaborative efforts and influence the capacity to build effective external partnerships.
